Trailside is not just a name, but a feeling. I grew up spending a lot of time with my Oma and Opa in Wasaga Beach, specifically on the Blueberry Trails. That passion for the outdoors only took root stronger.
The name and the logo of the business are an embodiment of just some of my passions. While I cannot offer a massage on the trails, I can offer them Trailside.
The Trailside Philosophy
I’ve always held strong beliefs that to truly treat anyone, I need to treat them as a whole. Mind, body and soul.
I have an approach to massage therapy where clients experience a holistic connection during their treatments. This is what I feel creates a deep sense of harmony within their entire being.

Hello.
I’m Katrina, owner and RMT at Trailside Massage Therapy and Wellness. I’ve been working as an RMT since 2013 and looking forward to what the future holds. My treatment style has been described as holistic. Along with treating the specific concern, I treat the whole person. Mind, body and soul.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy being outdoors, camping, swimming, fishing. I also have a passion for herbs as medicine and during the Fall of 2020, I started a self-paced diploma program in herbalism.
In the Fall of 2021, I won a Reader’s choice award for Favourite Massage Therapist in the Wasaga Sun.
